Melissa Suzanne George, an Australia-born actress, and businessperson who is also a inventor and model. After beginning her career back her home in Australia, she made it to Hollywood and found immense successes. George is from the city of Perth native who became interested initially in dance and roller skating. George started her modeling career at the age of a teenager and won the title of Western Australia's Teenage Model in 1992. Her first screen appearance was in an episode of the Seven Network soap opera Home and Away. Her film debut was on Dark City. Later, she took on parts in supporting roles, such as Alias The Limey in Down with Love. Then, in The Amityville Horror 2005 remake she became the first female character in the history of a Hollywood mainstream project. At present she is one of the most popular Australian ex-pats in the American film and entertainment industry. George being an entrepreneur is launching her own products Style Snaps on the market.
