CharliTito Ortiz, born in Huntington Beach on 23 January 1975. Jacob Christopher Ortiz is his birth name. He lived in Huntington Beach before he moved to Santa Ana. Ortiz is half Mexican from his paternal lineage. His father was Sam Ortiz and he gave him the nickname Tito. He had a difficult childhood because both his parents were addicts to heroin.
